Eigenlijk is dat collectieve manipulatie en geen zoektocht naar authentiek leiderschap. Bij het vinden van authentiek leiderschap moet je meer zoeken naar wie je zelf bent en wat je zelf drijft.
Volgens oude wijsheden moet je een goed geslepen spiegel zoeken en je hierin laten zien aan jezelf. Men zegt daarbij dat je in het gelaat van de ander jezelf kunt herkennen. Die ander heeft hopelijk al meer naar zijn authenticiteit gezocht door zijn eigen spiegel te polijsten. (Vroeger was een spiegel een kostbaar iets dat met de hand gedurende lang polijsten met toenemende fijnheid het spiegelbeeld naar voren bracht). Je moet dus aan jezelf polijsten c.q. werken, dat is ten diepste veranderingswerk binnen in jezelf en hopelijk ook daarbuiten. Kerst is belangrijker dan ooit en veelal niet begrepen. Men plaatst kerst vaak buiten zichzelf als een leuk gezinsfeest, een gezellig samenzijn. Dat is natuurlijk ook goed want de feestdagen moet je zeker vieren!!
Kerst is in essentie eigenlijk een herinnering aan een weg terug. Het is hard werken om je eigen opgelopen pijnen te verteren, zoek naar de waarde van dat wat je op je bagagedrager meedraagt. Je kunt dan dat wat eronder slaapt, je eigen innerlijke goud, je authenticiteit, vrij laten komen voor jezelf en ook voor de wereld om je heen. Dit is echt kerst, een herinnering aan dat talentvolle echte goddelijke kind en om dat in jezelf terug geboren te laten worden en in je huidige waardevolle leven terug te laten komen. Dat maakt een authentiek leider een unieke leider van zijn eigen opgegraven talenten!
