Als je je verhaal zelf niet uit kunt leggen werkt dat niet (Einstein)

Onderwijs is mensen zonder problemen, problemen aanpraten.

Als je heel veel moet uitleggen ga je het zelf steeds beter begrijpen.

Er schijnen nog steeds winkels te zijn waar je een tegoedbon krijgt als je iets terugbrengt. Bij internet krijg je gewoon je geld terug.

Gunnen. Boek de wet van Snuf. Snuf is onze hond. Ik ben getrouwd met Julia. Wie van de 2 is er altijd blij als ik thuis kom. Wie wordt er het meest geknuffeld. Dat is ook snuf.

Alles wat je geeft krijg je (ooit) terug.

Klant vertrekt en dan geef je vaak het verkeerde. We geven hem een schuldgevoel mee. Kunt ook een bos bloemen geven en bedanken. Gooi er ook nog wat begrip en tips tegenaan, dan komen ze eerder terug. Bovendien praten ze positief rond.

Offerte verloren en de klant zeggen dat ze daar vast een goede reden voor hebben. 

Ga niet discussiëren met klanten. De waarheid lig namelijk vaak in het midden. Het is heel gênant iemand op zijn fout te wijzen.

Geen sukkelzinnen. Zinnen waar je sukkel achter kunt zetten. Hierop krijg je er vaak één terug.

Geef geen korting, ik ben heel erg tegen korting. Je mag wel aanbiedingen hebben als je ze maar niet verkoopt. Of als het maar lijkt op een aanbieding. Een klant zoekt geen korting maar die wil niet teveel betalen. Als je iets met de prijs doet geef je de klant het gevoel dat er zomaar wat gevraagd wordt. Wij bukken al terwijl de klant nog niet slaat. Als je de prijs die genoemd wordt herhaald is dat vaak al voldoende. Of je zegt zooo……

Klant zegt; dat valt niet binnen ons budget. Zeg dan; wat vervelend voor jullie zeg, hoe gaan jullie dit oplossen? Als de klant graag wil wordt er budget vrijgemaakt.

Geef mooie dingen; aandacht, begrip en complimenten. We doen vaak in dingen en we vergeten dat de klant het om aandacht gaat. We hebben zelf plezier aan wat we geleverd hebben. Geven jij en je personeel voldoende aandacht. Je hoeft dat niet altijd te doen, af en toe is voldoende.

Doe net iets meer dan de klant verwacht. Doe dit 1 keer per dag. Dan maak je fans. Bel je klant eens op na enkele dagen of het allemaal goed gelopen is.

Wij barsten van de gewoontes, een gewoonte is niet iets doen wat de klant niet verwacht. Dat is wel de basis van gunnen.
